Sales representative Mid-Sweden / Stockholm
We offer you an intensive familiarisation period to give you the opportunity of gaining knowledge and insight regarding the products and how Henco operates. Your area will be Mid-Sweden / Stockholm. What will you do:
- 70% of your time is devoted to the active technical field support of installers and our dealers and recruitment of new installers (sanitary, heating, UFH ) in collaboration with our local dealers. You ensure the building up of sustainable cooperation.
- 15% of your time is devoted to project work (engineering companies , housing corporations, etc.). An active approach to support our local dealers with creative action is expected of you. You develop a network to draw attention to Henco as a partner.
- 15% of your time is devoted to managing existing customers and dealers . You place the emphasis on the latest developments, and develop commercial activities to increase the turnover of Henco. You set up a business development program with them . You ensure the building up of sustainable cooperation.
- You effect geographic development and spreading of risks by constant evaluation, increasing your turnover, and increasing the number of users.
- You regularly analyse market developments and sales activities and report to the Sales Manager.
- You work from home office when not travelling
- Normally : travelling extensively up to 75%
- You are a dynamic person with good relevant commercial experience in the field of wholesale, installers and contracting bodies.
- You are enterprising and can independently structure and plan your work.
- Your commercial thinking and general development allow you to initiate specific activities that soon bring results in this market.
- Your strong personality helps you to open doors at the various target groups.
- You have a tidy appearance and are punctual. You demonstrate these qualities with your own organisation, presentations and suggestions.
- The installation sector and installation technology fascinate you.
