Functie

Henco offers you an intensive familiarisation period to give you the opportunity of gaining knowledge and insight regarding the products and how Henco operates.

  • Responsibility for achieving the set sales target;
  • You have the direct sales responsibility for specified key accounts and dealers;
  • You initiate leadership, structure and dynamism into Henco’s Spanish and Portuguese sales team;
  • You give a sense of direction: motivate , develop, coach and apply performance management of the sales teams versus the strategy set out;
  • Defining route to market strategy;
  • Use your established network to add to and build Henco’s Business Development;
  • You devote time on active field support of your team members by means of joint visits to help them with the conversion of new dealers and or new installers in collaboration with Henco’s local dealers . Helping them to ensure the development of sustainable cooperation between Henco and the dealer;
  • You devote time on own active sales to convert target key accounts and ensuring  the development of sustainable cooperation with existing specified key accounts and dealers;
  • You effect geographic development and spread risks by constant evaluation, increasing the turnover, and increasing the number of users via /in collaboration with your sales teams;
  • You follow up on local regulations, market trends  , local product needs and inform / involve product management to stay up to date and in line with requirements and needs;
  • You follow up on a weekly and monthly base the sales team members;
  • You regularly analyse market developments and sales activities and report to the Regional Sales Director.

Profiel

  • Educated to at least Bachelor level;
  • Experience in the HVAC sector, with a strong network in the market,  technical mindset is a strong plus;
  • Your mother language is Spanish and you alsocommunicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Portuguese  is a strong asset; any other language is a plus;
  • You are a dynamic person with nose for business and strong commercial talent;
  • You are a strong communicator and successful in guiding and leading your team in the right direction;
  • You lead by example;
  • You assume responsibility and is work results-oriented;
  • With your entrepreneurial way of working you are able to work independently in structuring and planning your time and efforts;
  • An international context with a positive can-do mentality is your ideal home;
  • High ethical standards with a high level of integrity;
  • Smooth use of the current software packages;
  • Extensive traveling up to 70% of your time;
  • A high ability to adapt to other cultures and mentalitie;
  • Stress proof and carrying the attitude that a problem does not exist, only opportunities;
  • Motivated and passionate in sales and people management.
